Lead, Family Economic Stability, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation

 

Satyam manages the foundation’s Family Economic Stability portfolio. The key initiatives under this portfolio include enabling microfinance start-ups, community development and social performance, and catalyzing skill training and livelihoods sectors in urban India. The portfolio includes more than 25 microfinance and skill training institutions. In the past, Satyam also worked with the foundation’s education portfolio.

 

Prior to joining the foundation, Satyam worked with American Express, managing new products and portfolio risk in various international markets including Japan, Hong Kong and Germany. Satyam holds a bachelor of technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, India and a business administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore, India.
